  • The project involved the installation of an Internal Fiber Distribution Hub (IFDH) within the Main Equipment Room (MER). This crucial development entailed the deployment of high-grade, military-standard fiber optic cables, ensuring unparalleled commercial connectivity and use. Each of the 16 floors was connected through panels and private lines to each business. ready to plug & produce Our proficient team undertook the task of fusion splicing the main lines across Downtown Kelowna, establishing robust connections to the carrier's central office. This significant undertaking culminated in the activation of comprehensive data communication capabilities throughout the entire building. During this project, the site was an active construction zone. We upheld the highest standards of safety and respect, working in harmony with fellow tradespeople. This collaborative effort included seamless coordination with the electrical team responsible for installing conduits, the elevator technicians, and the Project Managers from Mission Group. Our commitment to professionalism and teamwork was evident in every aspect of this complex and successful project.

  • The project encompassed the inaugural phase of fiber deployment and connectivity. Our team expertly placed the primary fiber optic cable lines, extending from the Fiber Optic Distribution Hub directly to the main Central Office. This strategic routing facilitated the connection to the initial phase of Shorerise's 30-lot single-home residential development. As a result, each lot within this burgeoning community is now equipped with ready-to-connect fiber lines. This infrastructure lays the groundwork for seamless connectivity as the development progresses and homes are constructed, ensuring that future residents have immediate access to state-of-the-art fiber optic technology. Furthermore, we successfully connected the developer's show-home, providing a vital online connection that serves as a cornerstone for the sub-division's development. A beautiful lake view and historical location nestled atop Mt. Boucherie in West Kelowna. The Fiber to the Home build, consisting of 60 lots, is in preparation for the construction of multi-million dollar custom homes.

  • Our team had the pleasure of constructing an extensive Fiber to the Lot development, which included connectivity to the carrier's central office, multiple distribution points, service boxes, and vaults. This development consisted of thousands of meters of military-grade fiber optic cable.

  • This build will forever be memorable for our engineers and field teams, as the streets overlook beautiful wineries such as Quail's Gate, Frind, and The Hatch. The neighborhood streets are named after winery terminology. The developer behind the neighborhood is VictorProjects.ca in collaboration with Mattcon Construction for the civil engineering aspects.

This initiative included the installation of a full 864 Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH), designed to cater to the area's anticipated future growth. In addition to this extensive network, we provided a dedicated set of multiple fibers directly to a state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot vertical farming facility. Our approach involved running aerial fiber across the property, featuring multiple connection points. This strategic placement not only facilitated connectivity to smaller buildings but also ensured the efficient delivery of the main line into the farm's telecommunications closet. This project underscores our commitment to leveraging advanced fiber-optic technology to support the growth and modernization of local industries, enhancing their operational capabilities and connectivity

  • The telecommunications infrastructure for the Deer Meadows Estates community was comprehensively developed, focusing on the full placement of 4 plus km's of backhaul feeder fiber to the community's FDH. This extensive work included the strategic positioning and configuration of an 864 Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH), specifically designed to cater to the communication needs of all 230 homes within the community.   • The Carrington Business Park in West Kelowna represents a significant industrial and service commercial development on Highway 97. Spearheaded by Vermont Property Group, the project involves a three-building complex spanning 120,542 square feet on a four-acre site. The development is poised to host 32 service/commercial industrial units, varying in size from 3,125 to 4,644 square feet. With a completion timeline set for Summer 2023 for Phase 1 and Fall 2023 for Phase 2, the project is a joint venture with Trasolini Dagg Construction.

  • Our team proudly executed the development of the entire telecom infrastructure for the project. This included the meticulous installation of an Internal Fiber Distribution Hub (IFDH) and the strategic placement of an underground feeder fiber line. This endeavor ensures direct connectivity to each bay in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, commencing in Q4 of 2024.   • The expansion project in the West Harbour community faced unique challenges, particularly due to the BC wildfires in August 2023. These unforeseen circumstances caused delays in our build schedule. However, our team's designation as an essential service by the federal government played a crucial role in mitigating the impact of these delays. Despite the devastating emergency brought on by the wildfires, our status as an essential service allowed us to continue operations. This was vital in keeping the area live and connected, ensuring uninterrupted telecommunications services during a critical time. Our team's dedication and adaptability under these difficult conditions ensured that the new expansion division, consisting of 22 lots, remained seamlessly integrated into the existing network.

  • We carefully executed the connection of a new fiber line to the neighborhood while prioritizing the safety and uninterrupted service of current residents. We had the pleasure of connecting a series of hybrid fiber applications, including aerial and underground placements for 56 lots, fully connected and ready for plug-and-play once the custom homes are constructed.
